Yes. I'm in network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If I'm out of network with your plan, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. It's worth calling your insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.

Not at all. Many people reach out simply because things feel harder than they expected, or they don't feel like themselves. You don't need a label to deserve support.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you in, your history, and what you'd like to be different. You're welcome to share at whatever pace feels comfortable.

We meet over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll get a link before each session. All you need is a private space and a phone, tablet, or computer. You must be physically located in Massachusetts during our sessions.

Yes, as long as you are physically in Massachusetts during our sessions, such as while you're at school here. If you'll be home in another state over breaks, we'll talk ahead of time about how to plan for that.

Of course. Babies are welcome on screen. Feeding, rocking, or pausing when needed is completely okay.

Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions, such as concerns about immediate safety or the abuse of a child or vulnerable adult. I'll go over these with you at the start.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged a $75 fee.
